Política de reembolso

Custom orders are just that and cannot be cancelled or changed unless it is done within 24hrs of placing the order. If done after a 24hr period, the order will NOT be cancelled, changed or refunded. If you receive your order and for whatever reason it is wrong or was damaged during shipping, please contact us via email within 5 days of receiving your item(s). When emailing please include any pictures of any damage to the packing as well as the item. If we do not receive an email with this information within 5 days of receiving the item, the issue will not be fixed. If your order is wrong, a replacement will be sent out once the wrong item is returned and the correct one is completed.
